Candidate requirements

An ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with 15+ years of experience in various field, management and executive-level sales and marketing positions. Helpful experience includes knowledge of popular CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g.; HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce/Pardot) and sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Spin Selling, Sandler) and experience with one or more vertical markets sectors (e.g., Software/SaaS, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Healthcare).

Proven experience as a sales producer, manager and mentor/coach is very important. This knowledge and experience will help you quickly gain credibility so you can market, sell and deliver “aligned sales and marketing” solutions that will improve revenues for your clients.
