    Value Based Enrollment Solutions Cycle

    Value Based's (VB) expert staff will first partner with the university's enrollment leadership to DIAGNOSE the current state of an institution's marketing and enrollment processes/practices.

    Once diagnosed, we COLLABORATE to conceive a desired future state for marketing and admissions processes/practices.

    Then we DESIGN a custom higher education solution which  DELIVERS the solutions through training on enhanced and new processes/practices.

    We ASSESS the implementation by measuring and reporting results (e.g. increase enrollment, retain team, etc.) so adjustments can be made to meet delivery expectations.

    Lastly, we train the team be able to SUSTAIN the results by embedding reinforcement and reward-systems into the culture to ensure sustained enrollment increase.

    Our team of experts have 90+ years of experience delivering enrollment marketing solutions that result in sustained enrollment increase. Our Strategic Enrollment Management Plans often begin with improving an institution's yield by implementing proven value-based consultative sales best practices/processes customized to integrate with the institution's current enrollment processes.

    The Admissions staff are trained and assessed on their execution of new, integrated best-practices. What's different is this training doesn't stop with "head" knowledge, rather, it continues until a "can do" competency is observable, measurable and sustainable. We do this by implementing what we call The 4 P's: Process, People, Promotion and Presence.

    Our goal is for client institutions to recoup their investment within the duration of their average enrollment cycle, beginning at the completion of the engagement. 

    Once an institution has seen sustained enrollment increase, we can work with their marketing department to optimize their digital and traditional marketing campaigns and activities to increase their number of "best-fit qualified" applicants. Further, we strive to accomplish this for less than they are currently paying.
