New Enrollment Readiness Initiative will help NACCAP member institutions build customized enrollment methodologies, develop certified internal leaders, strengthen enrollment teams, and create sustainable institutional capacity.

September 2026 — The North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) and Value Based, Inc. have announced a strategic partnership designed to help Christian colleges and universities strengthen enrollment performance while building the internal expertise needed to sustain results for years to come.

Through the NACCAP/Value Based Enrollment Readiness Initiative™, participating NACCAP member institutions will have access to Value Based’s proprietary Value Based Enrollment Methodology (VBEM), customized to each institution’s mission, enrollment goals, culture, competitive environment, and existing enrollment practices.

The initiative goes beyond traditional enrollment consulting or one-time training. Its goal is to help institutions develop a lasting enrollment asset: a customized methodology supported by trained and certified personnel, ongoing professional development, measurable competencies, and internal leadership capable of sustaining the methodology over time.

A central component of the initiative is the development and certification of an in-house VBEM Facilitator. This individual is equipped to independently deliver onboarding, refresher training, certification, and professional development, helping institutions build internal expertise while reducing long-term dependence on outside trainers and consultants.

The initiative also extends the concept of enrollment beyond the admissions office. Admissions, Athletics, Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, Housing, Student Life, and other student-facing departments can be equipped around a shared enrollment philosophy, creating a more unified campus-wide approach to attracting, serving, and enrolling prospective students.

Participating institutions will have unlimited, 24/7 access to their customized enrollment curriculum for onboarding, refresher training, competency certification, and mastery development. Their confidential, institution-specific methodology becomes a proprietary institutional asset that can continue to grow in value through periodic enhancements and best-practice updates.

Together, these resources are designed to strengthen counselor competence, confidence, consistency, and continuity; improve inquiry-to-enrollment conversion; reduce competitive losses; support Net Tuition Revenue and operating margins; and create a sustainable culture of enrollment excellence.
